This is a vintage Vess Cola Syrup Line glass made by the Libby Co. The front reads "Good, It's Perfect" .
The bottom of the glass has the letter L so we are assuming it is made by the Libby Co.
Note: The "Good, It's Perfect" printing on the glass we are taking for the syrup line.
