This is a 1945 Pepsi-Cola re-sealable bottle cap. It has the red, white and blue bottle cap logo with the double dot script logo. The cap is listed in Bob Stoddards Pepsi Cola Collectibles book on page 173 and valued at $10.00…but very hard to find in nice condition for that price.
The cap has a rubber seal and metal clamp to provide a good fit on both soda and fountain Syrup bottles to prevent them from going flat.
