Little Lulu & Tubby Ceramic Figurines.  This set was created in 1975 featuring Lulu as a brunette.

They stand approximately 7" tall and has 1975 Shannon etched under their bases. They are on overall good condition, no cracks or chips that I can see with good color for their age.  Note: Lulu's legs were broke from her body when shipped by poor seller. They were glued back on and hard to see repair....great for display.
